Abstract
Here we reviewed some methods for constructing conducting polymer and semiconductor film in nanoscale, which were developed by us in the last some years. At the same time, we characterized them and found some interesting phenomena, such as nano-effect in photoelectrochemistry, extension for photocurrent spectra, quantum size effect, etc.关键词
