摘要
Abstract
Objective：To summarize the main points and methods of the exposure of hepatic portal duct in re-operation of biliary tract，including anatomical curettement and absorptive methods．Methods：Various methods were performed to expose hepatic portal duct in 106 cases of re-operation of biliary tract，as well as anatomical curettement and absorpitve methods．Results：All hepatic portal ducts in 106 cases were successfully exposed，with the operations performed perfectly．Conclusion：Integrated application of various methods redound to exposure of hepatic portal duct in re-operatiion of biliary tract．关键词
