摘要

Abstract

The morphology structure,length and diameter distribution of the SiCw are studied by means of such an alyzing and testing techniques as TEM and XRD in this paper.The properties of the application to the composite materials are tested.As indicated by the results,the morphology of SiCw is dominated by straight crystalm in the form of multi-node,with the main crystalline being-SiC.The diameter distribution of SiC ranges from 0.2m to 1.5m,and the length ranges from 30m to 200m.Besides,the potential application of the SiCw to the engineering materials of mining and metallurgy is introduced.
