Microstructure and oxidation behavir of (Ti, AI)N films
摘要
Abstract
In this paper a kind of protective coating - (Ti, Al)N films is introduced. The chemical compositions,phase, lattice parameter, preferred orientation, mechanics performance and oxidation - resistant of coatings werechanged with different Al contents in the coatings. From the point of view of the mechanical properties and oxidation -resistant, the (Ti1- xAlx)N coating is of better performance when the A1 content was above 25 %.关键词
