摘要
Abstract
Transposon tagging is a powerful molecular bio-technique for isolating genes which encode unknown gene products,allowing genes,identified only by their mutant phenotype,to be cloned in recent years.The fundamentals and studied developments on transposon tagging are reviewed as well as the prospect of transposon tagging in rice genes is discussed and evaluated.关键词
