摘要

Abstract

After being sprayed with 10mmol/L CaCl2, peanut seedlings werecultured at 40℃ in incubator, correlative physiological indexes were measured regularly. The results showed that Ca2+ could inhibit effectively chlorophyll disrupted, soluble protein decreased and cell membrane permeability increased under high temperature. It could reduce significantly O-2· formation and the lipid peroxide induction in high temperature stress. The activity of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD were improved and protected, and the active oxygen metabolism of peanut seedlings was keep at a high level in this experiment.
