Operating Pressure Piping Containing Defects
摘要
Abstract
An assessment system remaining strength of OPPCD was developed based on the advanced assessment standards,including SAPV,R6,PD6493,B31.G,API579.The system applies to the piping containing plane defects and/or volume defects,it can give such parameters as possible failure mode,limit load,limit defect dimension,etc. and present the dynamic analysis of sensitivity.For volume defects,it can present safety level,required minimum wall thickness,limit defect dimension,and maximum allowable load.The example analyses of several accidents and the whole dimension test for piping containing defects are compared with the assessment results.It proves that the system is reliable and the link for various grades of assessment is reasonable.关键词
