摘要

Abstract

The methods of shielded metal are welding were employed in this study. E7015 -D2 electrode matched with the postweld heat-treatment systems of normalizing, drawing temper in different cooling velocity and stress relief annealing were utilized. The experiment applied mechanical properties of bend, tension and impaet on the welded joint , furthermore, its metallograph and SEM fraetograph of tensile and impact fracture were analyzed. The results indicate that welding properties of the method in air eooling were satisfied . But in slow cooling the lateral tensile strength of welded joint was below speeified mini-mum tensile strength of base metal, the impact toughness was lower than that in air cooling. The ability of eraek extended resistance of welded joint was lower than that in air cooling. The SEM fraetograph in slow eooling exhibit admixture characteristic of quasi - eleavage and duefile dimple, which has testified this point.
