Abstract
Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of Aegiceras corniculatum populations in three different salinity were investigated using the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that relatively high level of genetic diversity was maintained. Observed heterozygosities were 0.300, and expected heterozygosity were 0.215. The coefficient of genetic differentiation between populations was low, GST =0.101, which showed that 10.1% of total heterozygosity came from inter-population. The mean genetic distance and mean genetic identity between populations were 0.045 and 0.955 respectively. Gene flow was smooth, Nm= 2.09.关键词
