Abstract
Following the principle of theory of system and with the guidance of sustainable development conception,this article gives an analys is of the existence and characteristics of environment-econornic system.It also points out the disadvantages of SNA in measuring the environment-economic system ,and suggests some principles and requirements for the establishment of measuri ng index system.In actual,the article presents a measuring index system.关键词
