摘要

Abstract

Objective to observe the expression of nitric oxide syhthetase(NOS) and brainstem-rettcular structure ot rats with hyper-glycemia. Method: NAPPH- histochemical methods was used. Results NOS positive neuron expressed in hypothalamus and brain- stem reticular structure and normal neuron of 6 - week old rats with hyperglycemia (DM) and normal rats(NS) . There was signifcant difference innumbers of neuron between DM group and controll group. Conclusion The number of NOS positive neurondecreased in hypothalamus and brain-stem reticular stucture of rats with hyperglycemia
