秦巴山区乳母营养状况调查
Investigation on nutritional status of lactating mothers in Qinba mountainous area
摘要
Abstract
Objective To find out the nutritional status and the current nutritional problems of lactating mothers in Qinba mountainous area. Methods The nutritional status was investigated in 101 cases lactating mothers from Qinba mountainous area by 24-h food recall and 3-d food records method. Results The lactation mothers lack animality food in their dietary pattern, and the quantity of energy and protein taken by per man per day was separately 71％ and 64％ of RDA, and except for vitamine E and C,other nutrients were less than 70%of RDA. The vitarnine A and B2, Ca and Zn were 15.19 %, 30.48 %, 17.43 %, and 43.35 % of RDA respectively. The ratio of serum Ca, Zn, Cu,Se and Fe content lower than normal value were 28.72%, 19.80% ,14.85% ,74.26% and 3.96% respectively. The prevalence of anemia was 33.66 %. And the ratio of serum TSH higher than nor mal value was 23.76 %. Conclusion Some nutrients are deficient in therir body, and the nutritional knowledge should be taught to lactating mothers. To satisfy the need of adequate diet animality food and green vegetable's should be increased, Iodine could be used when necessary.关键词
