摘要
Abstract
a-Si backplane TFT-LCD is being developed based on PenTile RGBWTM algorithm with conventional mobile design rule. By combining AFFS mode and PenTile RGBWTM algorithm, this TFT-LCD shows the brightness over 200 cd/m2, high contrast ratio over 500:1, and high resolution of VGA which can display the world wide web pages without partition.关键词
