摘要
Abstract
The frictional pressure drop of the fluid in annular space in a surface driving screw pump system was studied. The authors analysed the influences of the rotational speed under different pumping rod diameters and the pumping rod diameter under different rotational speeds, and taking LGB40-42 screw pump as example, calculated the frictional pressure drop under different pumping rod diameters and rotational speeds. The analysis and calculation results all show that pumping rod diameter and rotational speed have great influences on the frictional pressure drop. It is held that the rotational speed should match with the pumping rod diameter, and when tubing diameter d2 is definite, the reasonable rotational speed and pumping rod diameter d1 are 300r/min and d1<0.6d2 seperately.关键词
