婴儿自身免疫性溶血的临床分析
The clinical analysis of infant autoimmune hemolytic anemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause, incentives and treatment of infant autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). Methods 32 cases of infants AIHA clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Re-suits Female of infant AIHA is more than male; a definite cause was found in 22 of the 32 cases ; IgG+C3 type was common as to immunophenotyping, and the type appeared the most severe hemolysis and anemia ; Therapy with adrenal cortex hormone could treat and heal 84.4% of the patients. Conclusions The antibody kinds of autoimmune hemolytic anemia was associated with clinical features; To find and treat basic diseases is of vital importance; Attention should be payed to the features of clinical manifestations and laboratory tests; Corticoster-oids plus immunosuppressive agents or high-dose immunoglobulin could produce excellent results.关键词
