摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the distribution of nerves containing vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in the reptile: cloaca wall of Alligator sinensis. Methods: Iummunohistochemical ABC and immunofluorescent methods were used. Results: Postive VIP-immunoreactive fibres in cloaca wall of Alligator sinensis were seen in submucosa and muscular larnina. They were characterized by their beaded appearance. They ran in general parallel to the smooth muscler fibers and some of their branches formed fiber neworks in substance. But the fibers that ran along blood vesels were rate.Immunofluorescent method showed that there were psotive VIP-immunoreactive cells in submucosa and the bodies were different in shape and size. Conclusion: The cloaca of ALligator sineniss also has regulation of nerves containing vasoactive intestinal peptide, which is similar to that of the organization of higher vertebrate.关键词
