摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity changing and intracranial tumor. Methods The blood GSH-Px activity was measured in 34 patients with intracranial tumor pre- and postoperation. Results The blood GSH-Px activity in patients with intracranial tumor was lower than that of normal group before operation, and the blood GSH-Px activity decreased obviously in patients with malignant intracranial tumor. The blood GSH-Px activity in the patients with benign intracranial tumor recovered normal level in 3 weeks after operation, but it had not recovered in the malignant. Conclusion There is some relationship between the blood GSH-Px activity changing and the occurrence and prognosis of the intracranial tumor.关键词
