用薄层色谱法测定骨康片中士的宁和马钱子碱含量
Simultaneous determination of strychnine and brucine in Gukang tablet by TLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the analytical method of strychnine and brucine in Gukang tablet by TLC. Methods Strychnine and brucine in the tablet were separated by TLC using silica stationary phase and toluene/acetone/alcohol/amine solution (4:3:1:2) as developing solution. The detection was at 258nm for strychnine, 301nm brucine. Results The linearities were 0. 9996 and 0. 9999, recoveries were 99.83 % (RSD=1.03%) and 96.09 % (RSD=2.01％), respectively. Conclusion The strychnine and brucine in Gukang tablet were simultaneously detected by TLC. The method can use for controlling quality of the tablet.关键词
