Power Sums of Integer:A Combinatorial Model

Abstract
The power sums of integer has a long history and it also has aroused some people's interest. Awaked by Hua's Method, one sign in Hua's definition is changed and a new formula of power sums of integer is got.This formula is very simple,pretty and it has deep combinatorial significance.Some formulae about Hua's numbers are listed and their proofs for main properties are given.关键词
