气道狭窄患者置入金属支架后的肺功能变化
The effect of tracheal and bronchial metal stent placement on pulmonary function in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of metal stent placement on pulmonary function in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis. Methods 16 patients with tracheobronchial tumors and 12 patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis placed with Ultraflex stents or Pulmaz stents were studied. Pulmonary function values were compared before, immediately after (48h) and sometime after (about 3 months) operation in 28 patients. Results Before treatment, airflow was severely impaired in all patients. All spirometric parameters increased significantly following operation. In particular FVC, FVC%, FEV1, FEV1%，PEF，TLC，TLC%，VC and VC% improved dramatically in all patients. Conclusion Pulmonary function test may be helpful in assessing the efficacy of tracheobronchial metal stent placement in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis.关键词
