摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and bFGF mRNA expression in 7- day old neonatal rats after brain hypoxia-ischemia injury. Method Brain hypoxia-ischemia injury in neonatal rats was established byRice' method After HBO treatment, bFGF expression was investigated by means of immunohistochemical analysis, and bFGF mRNA by means of in situ hybridization. Result bFGF exprssion were higher in both HBO and HBA groups than in the free growing group and controls. However,bFGF mRNA expression increased only in HBO groups. Conclusion HBO increased both bFGF and bFGF mRNA expression of neonatal rats after brain hypoxia-ischemia injury.
