二苯胺-H2O2-HRP伏安酶联免疫分析新体系的研究
Determination of HRP with coupling reactionvoltammetric enzyme-linked immunoassay based on diphenylamine-H2O2-HRP system
摘要
Abstract
HRP has been determined by coupling reaction of voltammetricenzyme-linked immunoassay based on diphenylamine-H2O2-HRP system for the first time. HRP catalyes the reaction of H2O2 oxidizing diphenylamine,the product of which has sensitive second order derivative linear-sweep voltammetric wave at the potential of -0.53 V(vs.SCE) in pH=8.5 Britton-Robinson buffer solution. Trace amount of HRP may be determined by the detection limit of 1.0×10-9 g/mL HRP and the linear range is 4.0×10-9~2.0×10-7 g/mL.关键词
