Abstract
Objective: To Synthetically analyze features of cytochemical staining in human bone marrow cells to distinguish and diagnose M2b. Methods: Human bone marrow cells were examined with cytochemical staining to observe the rate of positive, points of accumulate and shape of positive matter. Results: Dividing abnormal neutrophilic myelocyte with M2b into vacuole type and light staining beside nucleus type. Special lumps could be showed with POX, SB, CE, AE and NBE staining in light staining beside nucleus type after cytochemical staining. Strong positive reactions were displayed with POX, SB and CE in vacuole type. Furthermore, the rate of positive and points of accumulate were just less than M3 with POX and SB in all leukemia, and the rate of positive with CE was more than 50%surely. There were some assistant roles in diagnosing M2b by analyzing results ofAE, NBE, PAS and ACP cytochemical staining. Conclusions: Cytochemical staining still plays a key role although cytomorphological feature, immunological markers, cytogenetics and molecular biology are important in M2b distinction and diagnosis .关键词
