航空企业热处理生产作业计划研究
Research of Proauction Planning of Thermal Processing in Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprise
摘要
Abstract
The pattern of planning system of the thermal processing in domestic modem aircraft manufacturing enterprise is deeply discussed by combining the advanced planning management methods of Boeing Commercial Airplane Group with the objective reality of SAC. It is also put forward how to do the planning job scientifically and efficiently according to characters of heat treatment factory, including creating data bases of heat treating process information of military and commereial airplane items, defining the standard process and the standard fime, and so forth. All these basic jobs extremely increase the efficiency of planning and production preparation and lay a foundation of making the schedule of heat treating process. Thus, it becomes possible that the master schedule can be sufficiently implemented. At the same time, some reliable data are provided for SAC to develop computer management systems of heat treating standard process and schedule controlling. In short, the paper has some applicable reference on developing and perfecting the planning system of modern large enterprises.关键词
