Abstract
An integrated process of strategy management is made up of strategy programming, strategy implementation and strategy control.The strategy programming is the formation of the corporation strategy based on the internal and external circumstance analysis of the enterprise. Besides internal and external circumstance analysis, the strategy programming consists of making strategy evaluation and strategy choices. In this paper,we elaborated the fundation and steps of the corporation's strategic decision-making.Then,we constructed a mathematical model of evaluating strategies and ascertaining readily choosy strategies by means of AHP technique.Finally,we put forward a corresponding technique and its demonstration analysis of choosing the best strategy.关键词
