骨髓基质细胞K+通道的膜片钳研究
Study of K+ channels in mouse bone marrow stromal cells using patch-clamp technique
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the property of the K+ channels in mouse bone marrow stromal cells. Method Single-channel recording of the K+ channel currents in primary cultured mouse bone marrow stromal cell (BMSC) was performed using patch-clamp technique. Result A K+ channel with conductance of 16.7±1.4 pS was identified and characterized. The channel currents showed no inactivation in 75 s. Within a certain voltage range, the open time constant (to2) and open probability increased with depolarization, while the closed time constant (tc2) decreased. Conclusion The voltage-dependent K+ channel resembling the delayed rectifier K+ channel in excitable cells may play a role in the signal transduction of BMSC.关键词
