Abstract

Petroleum and its products, either as intermediate inputs in production or consumption of life for residents, are one-time consumer goods. Primitively, oil transactions should be the product market. As a result of the development of future markets, the speculation has increased in the international oil market; and the property has been changed, namely, the evolution from product markets to the market with both product market and virtual economic market; and the economic bubbles has been formed. In such a market, consumers will be forced to buy consumer goods by asset prices. On this account, the paper offers some proposals that in China, we must adjust the energy strategy so as to adapt to the situation, resist damage, and make ourselves be in an unassailable position, and seek the solution of long period of stability.
