摘要

Abstract

The high-speed and multicycle impact characteristics of an automotive chain differ from other high-speed roller chain. The double effect of multicycle impact characteristics and speed, load fluctuant characteristics set up a stern claim of wear to automotive chain. Influence of speed and load fluctuant characteristics is most important of all. Exceed the load-carrying resistance and wear resistance for top layer of pin and bush, resistance to plastic deformation for centre of pin and bush, circular softness and hardening characteristics for top layer, they are key factors for the tribology design of the high-speed automotive chain.
