儿童下颌后缩畸形的双期矫正治疗
Double-period correction of children's mandible retrusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a correction of children's mandiblerestrusion. Methods Using activator and facebow in period Ⅰ to improve mesial discrepancy of bone maxillary and mandibulary eary and to obtain good facial contour.Using straight wire appliance in period Ⅱ to ballast the relationship between bone maxillary and mandibulary and to control exactly whole dental position and bite position. Results Cephalometric analysis measurement:SNA increasing 2.4°,Go-Pg increasing 2.5°,Z-Angle increasing 3.99°,ANB reduce 2.8°,|-SN reduce 6.1°,|-MP reduce 3.26°. Conclusion Double-period correction is one of the good methods.关键词
