Abstract
Recombinant plasmid pGEX-PSP94 expressing fusion protein GST-PSP94 was constructed and expressed fusion protein GST-PSP94 in E.coli.Anti-PSP94 serum was obtained from immunized rabbits using GST-PSP94 protein after purified by affinity chromatography.Immunology analysis indicated that anti-PSP94 serum can specifically bind to PSP94 recombinant protein.Analysis of PSP94 concentration in human peripheral blood from ten normal persons,ten patients with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) and five cases with prostate carcinoma showed that no significant difference of PSP94 concentration is found in the serum from control and experimental groups.The results suggested that PSP94 can not be regarded as a serum marker of prostate carcinoma.关键词
