Abstract
A method for the simultaneous separation and determination oftrichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol residues in textiles is reported. Samples were soaked in dilute sulphuric acid solution, and trichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol were extracted with n-hexane, acetylated with acetic anhydride and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with ECD. The extraction, purification and chromatographic separation conditions have been investigated. The recoveries of the method were evaluated by spiked chlorophenols studied at concentration levels of 25～100 ng/g. The recoveries were 84.8%~98.1% and 88.0%～100.2% for trichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol, respectively, RSD were 1.54%～2.33% and 3.48% , respectively. The detection limits were 1.0 ng/g for 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 5.0 ng/g for 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and 2.0 ng/g for pentachlorophenol.关键词
