摘要
Abstract
Causes and resolving measures of yarn breakage were discussed. Several kinds of breakage the causes were analysed combining practical examples and the resolving methods were put forward. It is a system engineering to re-duce breakage,main measures are controlling balloon, stabling tension, improving yarn evenness, increasing single yarn strength ,reducing strength unevenness, especially reducing tension sudden change and strength weak point. Expected effect of reducing breakage,improving output & quality, saving energy & reducing consumption could be got through com-bining production .practice, analysing breakage causes, adopting corresponding measures based on specific cases.关键词
