Abstract
Based on the group chain scheme, a simple model of appar ent field Hamiltonian for rare eath ions in glasses was proposed. By means of th is model, the absorption and emission spectra of Er3+ ions in germanate gl ass measured at 13K in a conventional way were analyzed systematically and the S tark splittings of the manifolds from 4I15/2 to 2H9/2 we re determined.关键词
