This paper briefly reviewed the research progresses of earthquake prediction and/or forecasting in China during 1999～2002, especially focused on mid-short term prediction methods with approaches of seismicity, crustal deformation, electromagnetism, ground water and the analysis by synthesis, and the application of the methods to the practice of earthquake prediction.关键词
