摘要

Abstract

Producion efficiency of slowly cooling steel was affected by performance of discharge facilityin slowly cooling section in steel plant.So it is important to improve the performance of discharge facility in slowly cooling section.This paper briefly introduces the composition of the numical control discharge facility,and analyses the position controller whose core is Axis Positioning Module(APM).To improve the servo system’s tracking response and anti-disturbance performance,the original speed controller is ameliorated.Simulation result indicates that the improved system has better performance,higher quick-response,stronger robustness,and higner coefficient of producion.
