Abstract
To probe the effect of the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation with electroacupuncture to vascular dementia.Methods:93 patients suffering from vascular dementia were randomly divided into three groups,the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation with electroacupuncture group(31 cases) and the medicine group(dihydroergotoxine,DHET，31 cases).Changes in scoring value of HDS-R(Hasegawa dementia scale),contents of SOD(Superoxid dismutase),MDA and NO(Nitric oxide) were observed before and after treatment.The course was 42 days. Results:Effective rate was 70.97％ in combination treatment group,61.29％ in electroacupuncture group and 21.21％ in medicine group.All the above indices were improved in combination treatment group and electroacupuncture group better than that of medicine group.The contents of MDA was more decreased in combination treatment group than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy can promote the VD patients in intelligence and quality of life.关键词
