Abstract
Objective To establish crafts to extract thrombin from the blood of the Tibet yak by double-membrane separation. Methods According to molecular weights of blood thrombino- gen and thrombin of Tibetan yak,thrombin from the blood of the Tibet yak was extracted by double-membrane separation. Results The specific activity and activity recollection of thrombin were improved by 76.72 U/mgpro and 35.0% respectively when compared with organic solvent precipitation method,and the specific activity of thrombin was improved by 41.14 U/mg pro when compared with single membrane separation. Conclusion The craft is credible and feasible,the and can be used for the production of small and medium-sized scales.关键词
