摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelialgrowth factor (VEGF) in callus during fracture healing and explore the influence of VEGF on fracture healing.Methods The expression and alteration of VEGF in different period of fracture healing (5,7,14,28,42 d) were investigated by means of reverse transcrip polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results There were different expressive degree of VEGF in callus during each period of fracture healing.Conclusion It indicates that VEGF is involved in the resorption of fracture healing and may be play an important role.关键词
