Abstract
Objective To set up a performance evaluation system for township hospitals in Guangzhou to evaluate their performance,and to put forward suggestions for making policies to improve the performance.Methods The indexes for performance evaluation of the 54 township hospitals in Guangzhou were explored through the questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by using multiple statistical methods,and these indexes were put together with the expert advice to construct a performance evaluation system.Results We have constructed a perfect system for the performance evaluation of township hospitals and have a success in practice.Conclusion The performance evaluation system constructed in this study had good sensitivity and reliability,and provided an effective tool for the health administration department and interested parties to have a scientific evaluation of township hospitals.关键词
