Catalytic synthesis of 7,7-dichlorodicyclo[ 4.1.0 ] heptane with quaternary ammonium salt A-1
摘要
Abstract
The catalytic synthesis of 7, 7-dichlorodicyclo[4.1.0]heptane(DCDCH)with phase transfer catalyst(PTC) ,quaternary ammonium salt A-1, was reported. The effects of different factors, such as PTC amount, PTC activity, reac-tion temperature and reaction time, on the yield of DCDCH were investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions inwhich the reaction underwent for 5 h at 50 ℃ with A-1 as PTC, the yield of DCDCH was 94.0%. The experiment re-sults show that the catalytic activity of A-1 was better than that of some other short-chain alkyl quaternary ammonium saltsand polyethylene glycol, and A-1 was not emulsive in separation and purification, which makes the separation and purifi-cation easier and raises the preduct yield关键词
