杜仲中环烯醚萜类化合物的提取工艺研究
STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF EXTRACTING IRIDOIDS COMPOUNDS FROM EUCOMMIA ULMOIDES
摘要
Abstract
A optimum technology of extracting bioactive components named Iridoids in Eucommia ulmoides was investigated by orthogonal test in this paper. The orthogonal test table L16(45) was used with the factors of extracting time, temperature, extracting times, concentration of organic solvent A and ratio of solvent to material. The content of Aucubin was determined by spectrophotometry. And the concentration of Geniposide and Geniposidic acid were obtained by HPLC. According to the result of the test, the optimum technology for Aucubin was temperature 70℃,0.5 hour, three times, concentration of organic solvent A 80 % and the ratio of solvent to material 1: 12. As to Geniposidic acid and Geniposide they were, temperature 70℃,1 hour,extractingonce, concentration of organic solvent A 50%, the ratio of solvent to material 1: 12. We should choose the better technology according to our aim and material.关键词
