A preliminary study on the oxygen consumption rate of Japanese eel

Abstract
The oxygen consumpti on rate of Japanese ell（Anguillajaponica）larva Is determined under different salinity and temperature and illumination．The result shows that with the salinity rising，the oxygen consumption rate is reduced，with the temperature rising，the oxygen cons umption rate is raised．The oxygen consum ption rate of the larva in the day is higher than that at night．关键词
