Abstract
mRNA differential display technique is an effective method to analyze differential gene expression and to seach the genes which expressed specially. This paper briefly reviews the recent progress of applications of this method in research on plant developmental, such as the molecular mechanism of vernalization, photoperiod response, the development of root, flower and seed, male sterility, senescence, fruit maturation, etc.关键词
