Abstract
High voltage,high current N-channel MOSFETs have been applied to numerous high power designs.A new integrated circuit pair,the UC3724/UC3725, will be presented which implements a simple, isolated MOSFET gate drive circuit with the advantages of high practicality, high response speed and low output impedance.To achieve a cost-effective high side switch drive,UNITRODE has developed a unique modulation technique which transmits both signal and power across a small pulse transformer.关键词
