枇杷种质资源可溶性固形物含量分析
Soluble Solid Content Analysis of Loquat Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
The soluble solid (TSS) content of 243 accessions of loquat germplasm resources which came from different origin region in Fuzhou national fruit germplasm nursery was investigated. The results indicated that there was obvious difference of TSS content in loquat germplasm accessions with coefficient of variation 18.01%, showing abundant genetic diversity. Sig. value of TSS content was 0.526 by K-S test which corresponded to normal distribution. There were significant and extremely significant differences in TSS content of loquat germplasm resources with different flavour and pulp color, but no significant difference from different origin resources.关键词
