牙鲆脑中促性腺激素释放激素受体的克隆和鉴定
Cloning and tissue expression analysis of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor from the brain of Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus
摘要
Abstract
A full-length cDNA, encoding a GnRH receptor (GnRH-R), has been obtained from the brain of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). This cDNA encodes a protein of 415 amino acid residues exhibiting the typical arrangement of the Gprotein-coupled receptors with seven transmembrane domains. As already shown in other teleost fish, this protein possesses an intracellular carboxy-terminal tail, in contrast with its mammalian counterparts. In the case of Japanese flounder, this intracellular carboxy-terminal tail consists of 91 residues. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction amplification products were found in the brain, the pituitary, the eyes and the ovary.关键词
