摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the acute hemodynamic effects of benzylthiobutyl adenosine cyclic monophosphate(BTB-cAMP) injection in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). MethodsTen patients with moderate to severe CHF were enrolled and operated by Swan-Ganz catheter to observe the acute hemodynamic effecs of BTB-cAMP injection. Results The mean value of pulmonaryarterial pressure(MPAP), pulmonary wedge pressure(PWP), pulmonary vessel resistance(PVR) and systemic vessel resistance (SVR) decreased significantly; The cardic index (CI) increased significantly. The heart beating rate slowed. Conclusions BTB-cAMP injection is beneficial acute hemodynamic effects in patients with CHF.关键词
