摘要
Abstract
Glass ceramics from converter slag as a raw material were prepared with the melting method. The effects of the mass frac-tion of converter slag on crystallization behavior were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared (IR)spectrum. The crystal phases of glass ceramics are diopside ferrian and bedenbergite. With the increase of the mass fraction of con-verter slag, the crystallization rate increases, and the dimension of the crystals first increases and then decreases, and the dimension ofthe surface crystals is bigger than those of the inner crystals; The strongest absorption bands of IR are narrowed, and there are newabsorption bands between 800-1 000 cm-1, and its intensity gradually increases. There are SiO4 and [Fe3+O4] tetrabedral units in glassceramics. The short range order is the similar as structure of diopside ferrian and hedenbergite existed in the glass ceramics and hasthe precursor structures of crystal phase.关键词
