Abstract
We have determined total alkaline phosphatases(ALP)activity,immunoglobulin, complement and autoantibodies against extractable n uclear antigen(ENA).Compared with healthy controls,ALP activitis increased (P＜0.05)and IgG was notably high (P＜0.01)in patients with autoimmune diseases(AID).IgA and IgM were higher,while C3 and C4 were lower in patienst than in controls.Autoantibodies against ENA were found in 82% patients with AID.The ALP activities in RA patients with abnormal RF test(≥45IU/ml) was significan tly higher(P＜0.05)than in RA patients with normal RF test.The ALP activities were higher (P＜0.05) in SLE patients with active disease than in SLE patients who were in remission.The resulfs indicated that ALP activities might be useful in diagnosis of AID combined with other examines.关键词
