摘要
Abstract
The paper analyses the effect of heating on the morphology of brush plating film of Ni-P(4.4%) alloy. It surveys the micro hardness of plating films changed in different tempera-tures. The results show that the dispersed Ni3P phase is the main cause for peak value of micro hardness of plating film changed in 400C.关键词
